Katniss= Father

I am constantly wondering about Katniss' relationship with her father. I wish that there was more information about her father especially because he was the basis of her life. Her mother seems like the opposite of Katniss but she has many qualities that are similar to her father. For example her voice, she and her father both have amazing voices that even "the birds stop to listen" to them sing. Her father is also the one who introduced her to hunting with saved her and her familys lifes many times. It saved Katniss' life many times during the games and when she was rebelling. It saved her family's lives when she kept them alive by hunting for food for them to eat. She is also like her father because it says that Katniss' mother fell for her father even though she was part of the seam and she would have to move in with him in the pooreer part of town. Petta did the same for Katniss.
